Returns & Exchanges

Although we don't like to see it happen, sometimes things just don't work out.

As our inventory is small, we currently cannot accept returns on purchases. We are however able to offer a one-time exchange your item for another style, provided we have stocks available.

Note that the costs associated with the exchange are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us. 

Exchanges & Store Credit

Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of original purchase date for local orders and 28 days for international orders. Exchanges are not allowed for sale items or orders used in conjunction with discount codes. Exchange items must be unworn and unaltered and still come intact with all packaging in original condition.

You can download our exchange form here, attach it to your order and mail or drop it off. Once we have received and confirmed your exchange, you will be provided a store credit code to be used, valid for 6 months from date of issue.

The new product(s) will be shipped to you after the returned product(s) has been received and checked by us.
