Where does Wristbone ship?

Great news - we currently ship to 27 countries!

- North America: United States, Canada (Newly added!)

- Europe: United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Belgium, The Netherlands, Switzerland, Italy (Newly added!)

- Asia: Hong Kong, Mainland China, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Macau, Philippines, Indonesia, Taiwan, Malaysia

- Oceania: Australia, New Zealand 

- Middle East: United Arab Emirates, Qatar (Newly added!)

*If taxes and/or duties are incurred for your parcel, you will be responsible to cover the fees before delivery can proceed.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for all domestic orders in Hong Kong. For international orders, standard shipping is free for orders above $65 USD. For orders below $65 USD, we charge a flat $5 USD standard shipping fee globally. Both orders provide tracking numbers. 

Prices are displayed various currencies for your convenience. Please note that when you check out, you will have to check out in either HKD/USD. 

Hong Kong only: Alternatively for those who wish to pick up their products in person, we offer pick up in person in Central (HK Island) area only on all weekdays. 

Christmas special from Dec 1 - 31: Free international shipping for all orders placed during this period.

How long will delivery take?

- Hong Kong: Deliveries are generally quick and usually take 2-5 business days, although it can be faster. 

- Asia: Deliveries are generally quick and usually take 5-9 business days, although it can be faster. 

- North America: Deliveries usually take 7-14 business days, although it can be faster. 

- Europe: Deliveries usually take 7-14 business days, although it can be faster.

- Middle East: Deliveries usually take 8 -14 business days, although it can be faster. 

How does Wristbone ship and handle its orders?

Domestic orders are shipped via Hongkong Post and S.F. Express and does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. All international standard shipping is also handled by Hongkong Post and S.F. Express. Various expedited options are available to specific countries which can be viewed in during the check out phase. 

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?

Please note that prices displayed do not include international taxes and tariffs. International orders are shipped via Hongkong Post and S.F. Express on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. As such, clients are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred from purchasing goods internationally.

Import duty or tax costs is typically invoiced to you directly from the customs authority of the recipient’s country, and must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. As it is difficult for us to predict, we recommend that you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.

If the customer refuses or declines tax and tariff payment and the package is forfeited at customs, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping to the US. A flat return charge of $25 USD will be charged on the credit card that you initially made a payment with. 

How are orders fulfilled?

Orders for available merchandise are typically fulfilled the same business day if the order is received before 2:00pm GMT+8. As we currently a very small team, we endeavour to fulfill all orders placed online within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped the next upcoming business day. All of our products are shipped either from Hong Kong or the U.S.

Wristbone reserves the right to delay a shipment if we believe the order is fraudulent or unable to ship due to inventory/political issues. Additional shipping costs for rejected or returned-to-shipper packages are the responsibility of the customer.

How can I track my online order?

Upon completion of the online checkout process, you will receive an email with a confirmation of your order. The email will detail the items ordered, colours, size, quantity, and billing and shipping addresses. Please always include a phone number to ensure our couriers can reach you, or it may result in shipping delays.

Once your order has been received, confirmed and dispatched, another notification email will be sent to let you know the goods are on their way.  

Please note that we are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched!

What are the tracking points?

There are four tracking points: (1) Acceptance at counter; (2) Handed over to the carrier / Left for destination; (3) Arrival at overseas mail processing centre; and (4) Delivered.
